'Trade' Definition: Not all applications for trade will be accepted. Our definition of 'trade' is a company or individual making their living from the installation and/or sales of Comfort Home Systems. A Company wishing to purchase equipment for their own properties but is not installing them for clients does not qualify as a trade customer. It should be clear from your Company name or website that you are involved in either Security, Automation, Audio/Video or Electrical Residential installations. You are required to send through your Company letterhead and VAT number to validate new accounts. Fax to 01244 671455.

Payment Terms
Our trading terms are payment with order. Payment methods are built-into the online-Shopping Cart and include Credit Cards, VISA, Mastercard (not Switch or Solo), Bank Transfer and Cheque with Order. Orders are shipped via City Link Courier usually next day except for certain items which may be ordered specially.

UK Installers Listings (A-List)
Comfort Authorised Installers are shown on the website which provides customers with an installers scope of activity, these are defined on the [Application Form].
Installers need to agree to some terms to qualify for a listing. This is to set a base-line for customer confidence.

To qualify for this listing, the Company must agree that the following declaration is true:

1. We have installed at least 3 Comfort systems and will install at least 5 systems per year.
2. We are actively marketing the product to our clientele, if dormant for more than 4 months, will be moved to B list.
3. We maintain in full force adequate or appropriate insurance.
4. We use written contracts clearly stating all charges, services products and other essential information.
5. We offer renewable Maintenance Agreements to end users.
6. We provide full support for our Comfort customers.
7. We will accurately declare our 'skillsets'.
8. We have featured the 'Comfort' system on our company website (if there is a Company website).
9. We will not conduct our business in such a way as to discredit the 'Comfort' brand name.
