Please let us know by filling in this form to report your experiences of the webcam aspect of the Dolls House during your visit. We are hearing that some versions of Internet Explorer are not showing the video feed and remain either grey or come-up with a java cam error box followed by 'video not available'. The most consistent faults appear to be IE 5.5 and the successes are mainly with IE 5.0.
This information will help us to identify the problems and hopefully rectify them. If the picture was dark, you probably needed to have switched the 'Ambient Lights' on.
