Printing
We realise that sometimes the Internet can often be slow - and sometimes you'd rather print out a page rather than view it on screen. Each main content page has a 'print this page' button on it. Click on this button to open another window containing a printable version of the page you are on. Then simply print out the page (select 'Print' from the 'File' menu) and then click on the back arrow Back below the print button to return to your place in the main site.

Site Design
Our Comfort site aims to serve the needs of a variety of interested parties. The ideal screen resolution for viewing is 800 x 600 and the site is optimised for viewing primarily using IE4 & 5, however, Netscape Navigator is also cable of viewing the site although not quite as smoothly. The use of frames was chosen for it's ability to provide good navigation options and focusssed an fast loading information in the centre screen.

Site Navigation
As you enter the site (Home) you are able to select from various basic information screens. You can chosse to take the 'Comfort jargon free tour' , this is an attempt to introduce the main benefits of our system to the visitor. Should you wish to know more detailed technical information you should head for the support section where you will also find extensive FAQ's. Our site map provides 'an at a glance' method of finding your way to something specific.

User Forum
Our Comfort eGroup (User forum) offers the chance to enter into dialogue with Comfort manufacturers, designers, users and dealers providing some useful feedback. Let us know what you think about the product or our site, please be kind, we have feelings too.

Technical (log-In)
Our Support area serves both users interested in our products and Dealers, Installers & Designers who would like to know the technical details about the system. It also contains a higher-level Technical Area which is found by following the links marked (log-in). This is a password protected area for Comfort Owners, dealers and Distributors to share in-depth information about the system's inner workings. This protects the security aspects of the product from the wrong type of information seeker and we're sure you will agree that this is a beneficial precaution for us to take.

Products Area
The products area is fairly self-explanatory, however, the products which we feature have been tested and sometimes used by ourselves and are chosen for their complementary value to the Comfort system. Products such as X10 modules etc, are also available to non-Comfort users, you can download our price-list and our order form. Customers who are considering Comfort and are located within an area where we have an Dealer will be referred to that Dealer for their purchases.

	We recommend that you have at least Netscape Navigator 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0 when viewing this Web site with a screen resolution of 800 x 600. Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer are the two browsers most commonly used by people on the World Wide Web.
