How to Order from Comfort Home Controls

We provide several ways for you to order.

1. ONLINE ORDERING - Most of our customers use the online shopping cart. We accept payments using the following credit cards, Deliveries may ONLY be sent to the address of the credit card holder.

Make cheques or money orders payable to ISCaM Systems Ltd.

Non-UK Customers. Funds must be payable in pounds sterling, as we cannot accept cheques drawn on non-UK banks. Obtain an International Postal Money Order, payable in pounds sterling, from your local post office or provide a cheque drawn on a UK bank.

4. FAX
Fax your order to +44 (0) 1244 671455 including your Credit Card Number and expiry date, cardholder name and date using our order form and latest price list.

Special notes on ordering by mail or FAX:
1. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and shipping instructions.
2. Provide stock numbers and prices.
3. Add the applicable shipping and handling cost.

HELPFUL HINT: Some customers use the shopping cart, then print out the order form rather than submitting it over the internet. This makes it easy.

It is essentially a product which requires competant and experienced personnel with a multiple range of skills from, computing and programming to electronic and electrical practice. It is for this reason that we recommend that end users seek out a Comfort Dealer / Installer in their area to take responsibility for installing their system, they will also support you in the forthcoming years and have regular maintenance programs to ensure that your system operates to peak performance now and in the future. If you are outside of the UK or there is not a Comfort Dealer in your area and you wish to install the system yourself, then you may purchase your Comfort system direct.
