It is the ideal 'niche' market product for installers who are looking for innovative security solutions and wish to apply them into untapped markets. The Comfort system has many Unique Selling Points providing benefits for both customer and the installer. We believe that by offering Comfort direct to 'Professional Installers' rather than via national distributors. This then protects the product from being devalued and discredited by an unhealthy competativeness and dealers can rest assured that they are offerring a unique service which will be sought after by consumers.

Support

As the UK distributor of Comfort, we offer all the necessary technical back-up, training and support. We come from an installation perspective and have had extensive experience in the installation of Comfort systems.

Conditions

Dealers ideally should be skilled in systems integration, have electrical/ electronic expertise and are preferred to be recognised by an ACPO Approved Alarm Inspectorate, or their Local Police Authority. Companies who are not 'Approved' will be considered upon their merits. Each Dealer must declare their skills as defined by the classifications found within our 'Skill Sets'. Dealers should also possess adequate public liability insurance for their particular work description and an attitude which focusses on customer's exacting needs. Dealers must provide a 24hr support facility preferrably with pager contact for after-hours call-out staff to ensure that customers are always able to contact their Comfort Service Provider when they need to. This is in accordance with BS4737.

As a 'Comfort Approved Installer' your company can be featured on our website for your area. If you have a website, we can provide a link to your site. Any enquiries we receive on email or otherwise will be forwarded to you. Our web-site is designed to promote Comfort to end users and as a resource for Comfort Dealers. It features information updates, ideas, new responses and a feedback area for any technical questions involving design requests.
